Storage terminal Parnas
Storage terminal Parnas is located in the Vyborgskiy district of Saint-Petersburg at 12 Verkhnyaya street in Parnas industrial zone, in close proximity to Scandinavia federal highway and the ring road.
Warehouse building has a useful area of 25,000 m2; it is a separate five-story heated building equipped with loading ramp and rail sidings.
Vertical transportation of goods is performed by 8 freight elevators with capacity of 3.2 tons each. Ceiling height is 4.5 m. Warehouse premises are equipped with automatic fire suppression systems.
The warehouse building is provided with 24-hour security, and equipped with video surveillance system.
Storage terminal Shuvalovo
Storage terminal Shuvalovo is located in the Primorsky district of Saint-Petersburg at 28 Shuvalovskiy prospect in Kolomyagy industrial zone.
2 one-storey warehouse buildings with a total area of over 12,000 m2 – equipped with truck loading ramps – and two-story office building are located at the terminal. Railroad siding facilities are available.
Ceiling height in the warehouse premises is ranging from 8 to 10 m. The buildings are partially heated. The warehouse premises are equipped with automatic fire suppression systems. Storage terminal is provided with 24-hour security, and equipped with video surveillance system.

Storage terminal in Finland
Storage terminal in Finland is located in the closed and secured area of port of Hamina at 5-9 Palokankaantie, near the European route E18 that goes to the Russian border. The distance from the warehouses to the Russian border is 41.3 km.
Storage terminal consists of three single-storey warehouse areas of approximately 14,000 sq.m. and office buildings. Warehouse premises are connected with covered driveway so the goods can be moved freely between the buildings protected from environment influences.
Free height of the buildings is about 6 feet. Heating system in the warehouse premises is a gas heating equipped with automatic fire suppression system. Port has its own fire department.
Buildings are connected to water supply and sewage systems of the port of Hamina.
Storage terminal was built in the western part of the land plot; in the east section there is a large space for storage and vehicle maneuvering.
